salon.mavorra.in is run by Mavorra (Bharat Satwani, sole proprietor), Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. This page covers this site only. Our full privacy notice, which also covers mavorra.in, bookings and email, is at mavorra.in/privacy.

Analytics: only if you allow it

If you tap “Allow” on the cookie bar, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of this page are used (for example, whether someone tried the demo or tapped “Book 15 minutes”). Google sets first-party cookies (_ga, _ga_<id>, up to 14 months) and receives your IP address, which it uses only to estimate your city and does not store. We never send your name, phone number or anything you type to Google, and Google’s advertising features are switched off. If you tap “No thanks”, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie choice” at the bottom of the page. Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Google LLC (United States) processes it for us: policies.google.com/privacy.

Talking to Meera

Meera is an AI assistant for a made-up demo salon. When you press “Talk to Meera”, your browser asks to use your microphone, and your voice and what you say are sent to Sarvam AI (India), which runs the call. Meera tells you at the start that she is an AI assistant and that the call is recorded. Sarvam keeps the recording and a transcript in our account so we can check how Meera did; we do not use them for anything else, and we will delete yours if you ask.

We do not ask for your name or number in a browser call, and you do not need to give any. To keep the demo fair for everyone, our own database stores only that a call was started (a random visit code and the time), with no personal data, so we can cap how many demo calls run each day.

The demo counter

The “try it yourself” demo runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it (a test bill, a name, a booking) is saved only in your browser’s own storage on your device, and nothing is sent to us. When the demo opens WhatsApp, it is your own WhatsApp on your own device, with a message you choose to send.

WhatsApp and booking a call

If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive what WhatsApp shares with any business you write to: your number, your profile name and your messages. We reply to you there. We never message a salon first. If you book a call, Cal.com (United States) handles the booking form for us. How we store these is set out in the full notice at mavorra.in/privacy.

Your rights and how to reach us

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to our Grievance Officer: Bharat Satwani (Proprietor), privacy@mavorra.in, 179 Palsikar Colony, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452001, India. We acknowledge a grievance within 72 hours and resolve it within 90 days, as the DPDP Rules, 2025 require.
